Assistant Branch Manager

Our client, an esteemed local bank, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer services 
• Assisting the manager in the overall management in a professional and efficient manner
• Managing a portfolio of customers whilst pursuing growth opportunities from active and prospective clients
• Contributing to the development of the rest of the team 
• Achieving and exceeding set targets by planning and organizing initiatives and activities to obtain performance objectives and increase business volume and profitability 
• Ensuring a smooth operation and strict adherence with compliance regulations and respective rules and procedures
• Working hand in hand with the HOD and assist in solving complex problems 
• Any other duty which may be required from time to time

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills, both in English and Maltese

• Candidates holding a related Degree will be given preference
