Enterprise Risk Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Enterprise Risk Officer to join our client's Risk team. The client is open to candidates without prior experience, including fresh graduates, who are eager to develop a career in risk management within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the implementation of the Bank’s enterprise risk management framework and adherence to the Board-approved Risk Appetite Statement. 
• Works with business functions to ensure compliance with risk policies and limits, reviewing them periodically. 
• Promotes a risk-aware culture across the Bank, ensuring employees make informed risk-based decisions. 
• Develops risk monitoring and reporting methods, compiles internal and external risk reports, and participates in key risk assessment processes. 
• Assists in regulatory reporting, engagement with authorities, and liaising with industry stakeholders to maintain compliance and best practices in risk management.
• Participates in meetings and Bank-wide projects as may be directed by their reporting line
• Keep abreast with developments and best practice in risk management through continuing professional development. 

• Previous experience in a similar role within risk will be considered an asset
