We’re a passionate team dedicated to providing top-notch care for injured and sick pets and great service to their owners. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy practice and help keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Reception: Answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries.
- Patient Care: Help our veterinary team with exams, treatments, and handling animals safely.
- Administration: Manage patient records, process payments, and keep track of inventory.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners to ensure the best experience for both them and their pets.
- Teamwork: Work closely with our vets and staff to keep the clinic running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Some experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is a plus, but if you're new to the field, we're happy to train you!
- Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about animals.
- Language: Fluency in Maltese and English, preferably both languages
