Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

- Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming visits.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information about services and procedures.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for transactions.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks, including managing patient records and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a professional environment.

- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary practice management software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
