Job Description
Bonnici Bros. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Stores Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. Bonnici Bros. Ltd is a leading entity in the local construction civil engineering industry. It enjoys an excellent reputation for its commitment to quality and client satisfaction.  

Based at our office located in Ta’ Zuta, Siggiewi, you will be responsible for:

• Inputting and issuing relevant invoices and organizing and filing them in their respective folders
• Updating stock adjustments and maintaining records accordingly
• Handling all relevant documents relating to the workshop.  
• Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
• Any other duties commensurate with the level of this post, as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a similar industry.
• Able to work independently to deliver work in a timely and effective manner.
• Conversant in both English and Maltese. Knowledge of the Italian language would be considered an asset.
• O level education along with ECDL certification is required.  
• To be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
