Malta International Airport plc is looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about working with people within an Airport environment, and are willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Retail & Property Department on a full-time basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the compilation of data for reporting purposes.
  • Checking and processing of cancellation requests.
  • Assisting with general internal and external e-mail requests.
  • Assisting with providing our customers with relevant information related to membership information, booking processes both online and via e-mail.
  • Assisting with internal procedures whereby amendments in booking of services are requested.
  • Assisting with Conference bookings.
  • Carrying out any ad hoc initiatives as requested.
  • To coordinate with the accounts team, and stakeholders with any refunds or / and invoicing issues.
  • Attend all training and meetings provided by the Department and Company to further enrich one’s professional development.
  • To abide by all conditions of work as outlined by the Company through all published policy documents, collective agreement, etc.
  • To report shortcomings immediately to the responsible department when noticing them and making sure that action is taken immediately to deal with them.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Be proficient in common office software applications.
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Be capable of working well within a team.
  • Be fluent in English & Maltese (both written and spoken
