Our client is looking to employ a Front Office Administrator to join their existing team. 

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Issuing sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Closing and reconciling retail shop deposits.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of office operations.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

Experience & Requirements

  • Possess an Ordinary Level standard of education.
  • Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a pleasant, professional, and outgoing personality.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs - 13:00hrs (25 hours/week) from the office.
