Receptionist/ Clerk

Terracore Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. 

The candidate's job description shall be as follow:
  • Perform Data entry
  • Scanning of documents
  • Answer telephone calls internally and externally
  • Greeting clients and rerouting them to the appropriate employees
  • Write emails, memos, and letter
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.

Requirements :
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be fluent both in Maltese and English speaking and writing
  • Must work under pressure and in a timely manner
  • Past experience is an asset.

Terracore Ltd:
Terracore’s local experience in the ground investigation has started in 1977 before and during the construction of the Marsa dock and the Malta Freeport. On the other hand, our international experience has started in June 1978 were Alfred Xerri Director / General Manager of Terracore Ltd., joined the Oil Drilling and Sampling Industry. The 21 years in this field have taken Alfred to France, Scotland, Nigeria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Oman, Siberia, and Pakistan where he has spent the last eight years in the Oil Industry as a Rig Superintendent, managing a workforce of about 120 employees and having all the departments reporting directly to him and that includes the Drilling, Geological, Mechanical, Electrical, and Catering Departments.
