Our client, a well-established company within the property sector, is seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations while also supporting the finance department with basic administrative duties.

The Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Handling email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Organising and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Ensuring boardrooms and meeting areas are always fully equipped and presentable
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
  • Assisting the finance team with basic administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating replenishment when required
  • Supporting general office administration and day-to-day operations

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese & English
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role
