Our client is a well-established firm that provides corporate services and trusteeship along with citizenship, residency, and asset management services to clients worldwide.  They are seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the director, your duties will include;

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner;
  • Ensure all responsibilities related to administration are carried out, completed with precision, and delivered in a timely and consistent manner;
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner;
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times;
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls / mail received;
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail;
  • Maintain the general office filing system;
  • To carry out general administration and secretarial services at the Employer and/or the Employer’s clients as may be requested;
  • Support colleagues by aiding with data entry, bookkeeping duties, filing, and associated tasks.
