Full-Time Reduced Hours | 30 hours per week
📍 Northern Properties Malta
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable person to work directly with our Operations Director and support the smooth running of daily operations.
This role is focused on execution, follow-ups, coordination, and keeping tasks moving. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, emails, sales support, contracts, inspections, due diligence, meetings, KPI tracking, marketing content coordination, training sessions, travel arrangements, and staff social events.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in following up, a strong communicator, able to manage multiple tasks, play a central role, and be comfortable keeping people organised and accountable.
Languages required:
- English – compulsory
- Maltese – compulsory
- Italian – considered important
