Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • General assistance to partners 
  • Schedule appointments for partners and making travel arrangements - Email and calendar management
  • Manage conference attendance and organisation
  • Management of files to achieve the maximum effectiveness
  • Call handling and managing clients’ administrative needs
  • Assistance with billing and internal reporting systems
  • Prepare meetings and greeting clients
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese
  • Proficient use of Word and Excel
  • At least one year experience in a similar role
Education & Experience
  • An A’level standard
