We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team in the South of Malta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a small office with an ongoing import / distribution operation, ensuring efficient day to day running of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Maintain office filing systems and update records
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage office equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
