Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth daily operations while serving as the primary point of contact for visitors
Handling incoming calls, screening them, and directing them to the appropriate person
Responding to emails and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Printing, scanning, and filing documents efficiently
Coordinating meeting schedules and redirecting calls when required
Welcoming customers on arrival and assisting with related inquiries
Managing reception-related inventory, including postage stamps, boardroom supplies, and similar items
Providing general administrative and clerical assistance as needed
Requirements
Be proficient in written and spoken English
Be organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills
Previous local work experience in a similar role
