Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. This individual will be responsible for administrative support, managing office supplies, maintaining office systems, and handling various office- related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail) and respond appropriately.
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and databases.
  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and manage office-related reports and presentations.
  • Assisting the department manager with day to day tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Proven work experience in a similar position in an accounting office.
  • Proficiency in English and Maltese (oral and written).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
