Our client, an established company in the building services, is seeking an Office Administrator, reporting to the Administration Manager your responsibilities will include:
Handling the day to day office duties including handling correspondence and greeting visitors
Administrative duties related to Projects and the office in general
Keeping a well organized internal filing system and office records
Dealing with entities on work permit and job permit applications
Supporting with general administrative tasks
Skill-sets and Requirements
Have excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
Be well organised and able to multitask
Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Education & Experience
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar post
