Night Auditor

We are looking to recruit a Night Auditor to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival and providing them with relevant hotel information  

• Answering phones, scheduling wake-up calls and taking reservations 

• Verifying that all end-of-day tasks from other departments are complete 

• Responding to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed 

• Running end-of-day reports before the close of the shift 

• Preparing guest invoices for next-day checkouts  

• Balancing cash drawers and reconciling with receipts 

• Supervising and managing the hotel safe, ensuring the safety of guests' valuables 

• Providing information about rooms, rates and hotel amenities 

• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and department

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in the English language; another European language will be considered as an advantage

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Front of House operations; experience in a similar position would be considered an asset

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Have an outgoing personality and be smart in appearance

• Be computer literate

• Able to work on their own initiative and take decisions when not supervised

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
