A leader in the retail industry is looking to employ a Lead Receptionist. The Selected candidate must be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and be hands-on with a keen eye for detail. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies such as office, food, and First aid supplies
  • Mainingting the general filing system
  • Answering telephone calls, emails and handling all incoming mail and deliveries
  • Manage all business travel arrangements for bookings and co-ordinating all visa applications for management travel
  • Proving general administration and clerical support to other duties 
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Multi-taskers able to handle several scenarios concurrently and have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant work experience in a large organisation
  • Must be able to work independently and manage all projects and tasks in a timely manner
Education & Experience
  • Must be computer literate and able to use general Office applications confidently, especially Email and Excel
