Join a well-established international project management company in Malta as a Junior Office Administrator.
Your duties will include:
Preparing daily schedules
Maintaining and updating team time logs weekly and monthly into the system
Updating client and project details
Issuing and following up on fee notes to clients
Downloading and preparing tender/public quotation documents
Coordinating documentation for Key Experts
Uploading tender/public quotation offers
Performing general administrative duties within the department
Covering for colleagues at reception when necessary
Issuing monthly invoices for ongoing cases
Following up on outstanding payments based on the Finance department's debtor list
Requirements
Experience working in an administration, receptionist or similar role.
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with different internal teams
A motivated team player with an eye for detail
Education and Experience
Minimum school leaving certificate is required
