Our client who specializes in the Gaming industry is looking for an HR and office administrator to work on a Reduced or Part-time basis. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

 

  • General Office duties, filing paperwork, data inputting, scanning
  • Keeping a well-organized internal filing system and office records
  • Maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Inputting and maintaining employee details on payroll systems
  • Implementing and Improving policies and procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Carrying out other ad hoc duties as may be required.

Working Hours: 25 hours approx (Wednesday & Friday from the office the remaining hours are flexible from home)

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Ability to undertake HR practices and procedures independently
  • Organization and Multitasking skills
  • Proficient in English
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must
