We're looking for friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front Desk Representatives to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Front Desk Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance both face-to-face and over the phone while delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, operating on a roster between Monday and Saturday. Successful candidates will be assigned to locations across North, Central, and South Malta, they will replace the existing employees in various hubs.

Your Role:

As part of our Front Desk and Contact Centre team, you'll play an important role in supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome and assist customers at the front desk.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Handle complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Follow company procedures while meeting quality and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in both Maltese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. An ECDL certificate will be considered an asset.
  • A positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, mainly mornings
  • A professional, organised, and customer-focused approach.
