Administrative Manager

EMP Ltd., which forms part of Michele Peresso Group, operators of Botanika, requires the services of an Administration Manager. The successful applicant will report directly to the company’s CEO.

The Company:

EMP Ltd., operators of Botanika, is a new and fast-growing Company, trading in general importing of Garden supplies, Poly and Aluminium Greenhouses and Pergolas, and other related products. 

The Role:

• Leading and managing daily day to day administrative work.

• Hiring, training, supervising and oversee the day-to-day operations of Mtahleb Produce, its retail outlet and other activities within the agro-horti trade.

• Assisting the Company’s financial budget, handling, foreign and local purchasing, overviewing its general logistics, warehousing and salesforce and liaise with the Company’s marketing team.

• Developing strong relationships with suppliers, local contractors, esteemed clients, retailers and the surrounding farmland owned by the company.

• Ensuring adherence to good quality control on the crop and other products the Company produces.

Skills and Experience:

• Agricultural Knowledge is a strong benefit. A strong understanding of farming practices, client management, agriculture technology and general administration work will be given preference.

• Skills in financial management, budget and price negotiation. 

• A sound experience in sales and marketing, ability to lead, motivate and build effective teams.

• The capacity to identify and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Education:

• The successful applicant to preferably have a business degree and/or a degree in agriculture or a related field is required for this senior management role.

• Candidate may attend International Exhibitions from time to time.
