Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor (Maltese Speaking) to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:
Centrecom takes pride in being the Centre of Excellence providing value to our client's businesses by identifying customised solutions. We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting, and GSA Services. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help with administrative and customer service tasks such as assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone and providing support with any queries or complaints.

The job is based both off-site and in our offices in Mosta, Malta. Candidates will be employed either for 40 or 30 hours per week and rostered between Monday and Saturday.

More about the role and its responsibilities:

  • This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work
  • Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from different locations close to their residences when requested to replace other representatives
  • You will be offered an incentive allowance plus an attractive performance bonus over and above your annual salary

  • Training will be provided and delivered on a full-time basis during office hours from our head office in Mosta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.


Requirements:

  • Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
