CLdN Malta Ltd is looking to recruit a Crewing Administrator to join their team within their crewing team of the ro-ro fleet on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
The Crewing Administrator is primarily engaged in providing administrative support to the Crewing Department, which is responsible for the crew onboard CLdN Malta’s fleet of vessels.
Core duties include but are not limited to:
Checking, processing, and approving of crewing related invoices;
Approval and processing of vessel manager invoices;
Archiving of seafarers documents (hard copies);
Application and administration of seafarers’ social security;
General administrative assistance to Crewing Department during busy operational periods;
Assistance to the Office Manager for seafarer wage payments via bank;
Assistance to the General Manager for legal administration;
Additional tasks might be assigned to the Office Administrator.
The Requirements for applicants are as follows:
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
Experience in the shipping industry is considered positive, but not required; and
Experience in legal administration is preferred, but not required.
