Our client a leading international financial consultancy is recruiting a Commissions administrator  to join the main office hub in Malta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Process pays runs on a weekly basis 
  • Carry out weekly reconciliations 
  • Produce weekly reports to split the commission payments in categories
  • Liaising with financial advisors and major fund providers to facilitate the processing of commission payments.
  • Handle and manage ad-hoc projects that may be requested by the management.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • ECDL certification
  • A high affinity for numbers and possess numeracy skills
Education & Experience
  • A minimum “A” level education is required
