Our client, a global group operating in different sectors is looking to recruit an Administrator to support the Anti-Financial Crime Unit. Reporting to the Head of Department, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establish and upkeep electronic filing systems for efficient data organization and retrieval;
  • Draft memos, emails, and other correspondence to ensure effective communication within the department and with external parties,
  • Update and manage lists and databases relevant to departmental operations and compliance requirements;
  • Support various Anti-Money Laundering activities, including but not limited to due diligence procedures, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting;
  • Assist in the functioning and maintenance of AML software systems, ensuring smooth operations and compliance;
  • Assist in generating and compiling reports as per predetermined schedules, providing insights and updates on AML activities;
  • Gather and analyze data to create statistical reports for senior management, aiding in decision-making processes and compliance evaluations;
  • Offer administrative assistance and support to executives and senior management as needed, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, and in a team
Education & Experience
  • Advanced Level Certificate
  • Any experience and/or certification in Administration, AML or Fraud will be positively considered
