Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join the People, Performance & Culture Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, and accurate
Assist in the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies
Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Issue letters as required such as performance assessments letters, reference letters, and end of probation letters
Maintain employee personal files and Jobsplus related activities and correspondence
Management of attendance record
Maintenance of vacation and sick leave records
Skill-sets and Requirements
Spoken and written English and Maltese
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Knowledge of state employment law would be considered as an asset
Education & Experience
An ‘A’ level standard of education at NQF level 4 or higher, preferably in Administration or Human Resources
