Redwall Media is currently looking to recruit an Administrative and Customer Support Coordinator (French Speaker).

Job Description

The Administrative and Customer Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication and collaboration with its shareholders, directors, and our clients. This individual will ensure efficient administrative management and establish robust customer support while coordinating operations with our B2B clients. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in mentoring, recruiting, quality control and idea generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Assistance.
  • Provide direct administrative support to directors.
  • Draft, review, and manage administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Customer Support.
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies, including policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train a customer support team to ensure quality customer service.
  • Develop continuous improvement plans to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Liaison with B2B clients.
  • Coordinate and manage operational relations with client companies.
  • Organize and oversee the implementation of projects and contracts with clients.
  • Provide regular follow-up and updates to clients regarding ongoing projects.

You will need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) and ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients through interactive media (e.g. emails, phone, etc.).
  • Strong team building, leadership and organisational change skills.
  • Multi-tasking and problem solving skills as well as an ability to work independently.
  • The desire to learn and adapt quickly as well as the ability to demonstrate resilience and agility in a dynamic environment.
  • An interest in progressing a career within Redwall Media.
  • Legal authorisation to work full-time in Malta and will not require visa sponsorship nor or in the future.
  • The ability to start full time in November 2023.

We’ll love to see

  • Past experience in an agency or customer service environment.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Front, Slack.
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, etc.) and customer management software (CRM).
