Our client in the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking an Administrator Support Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
Perform financial postings and basic bookkeeping tasks
Manage petty cash, including recording and reconciliation
Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries and invoice follow-up
Supervise and be the point of contact for cleaning staff
Create and manage rosters for cleaning staff
Handle purchasing of office stationery and supplies
Coordinate and book flights for staff and guests as required
Order and arrange catering/food for guests and meetings
Perform telephone and front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Re-ordering of consumables such as canteen supplies, uniforms and stationery
Other ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
Requirements
A minimum education level of Advanced Level (‘A’ Level) standard.
A practical understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
Proficient in computer use, with a good command of Microsoft Office applications.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
Self-motivated with a strong eye for detail.
Results-driven and aligned with the company’s core values.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Skilled at multitasking and prioritising to meet deadlines efficiently.
Confident, proactive, and professional in their approach to work.
