Schembri Infrastructures Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Administration Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
Schembri Infrastructures Ltd comprises a group of companies covering all aspects of the construction industry, including civil works, manufacturing of pre-cast elements, and infrastructural works including major roadworks and other capital projects.
We are looking for an Administration Clerk, who will form an integral part of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of office and administrative-related tasks
Assist and support inventory control and planning
Check sales orders from clients
Accurately file and process records
Assist in debt collection
Provide an efficient and effective support function to the operations of the said company.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Maltese
Able to work in a teamwork environment and on your own initiative
Previous experience in similar post would be an asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft packaging including Excel and Word
‘O’ level standard of education
Have clean police conduct.
