We are looking for an experienced and organized Administration Assistant to provide administrative support within warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of invoices
  • Communicating with sales reps to schedule certain deliveries
  • Receiving shipments and emailing the respective personnel
  • Planning of daily deliveries and routes
  • Handling of cash payments
  • Managing the time schedule for the week
  • Opening and closing of the stores
  • Conducting stock takes
  • Preparing purchase orders and allocating them to their respective routes
  • Upkeeping of the stores and office
  • Upkeeping and maintenance of trucks
  • Handling communication by phone and email
  • Delegating day to day duties to storekeepers and drivers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, accounts or related field will be considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Working Hours
Monday to Friday  from 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
