The role is for an Administration and Accounts Clerk based in Zebbug. You will be in charge of the day-to-day administration of a company involved in the importation of motor vehicles for resale. Your main responsibilities will include:
Co-ordinating logistics of imported vehicles
Taking care of vehicle registrations with Transport Malta and relevant authorities
Issuing sales invoices and collecting purchases invoices
Effecting payments to suppliers
Co-ordinating with sales team
Keeping a debtors list and chasing for payments.
Updating of basic cash book, bank book and bank reconciliations
Other administration work may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent organisation skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
