The role is for an Administration and Accounts Clerk based in Zebbug. You will be in charge of the day-to-day administration of a company involved in the importation of motor vehicles for resale. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Co-ordinating logistics of imported vehicles 
  • Taking care of vehicle registrations with Transport Malta and relevant authorities
  • Issuing sales invoices and collecting purchases invoices
  • Effecting payments to suppliers
  • Co-ordinating with sales team
  • Keeping a debtors list and chasing for payments.
  • Updating of basic cash book, bank book and bank reconciliations
  • Other administration work may be required from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
  • 3 years experience in an administration position
  • Must be able to take initiative
