Tax Supervisor

Our client, a local renowned CSP is looking to recruit a Tax Supervisor to join their Tax department. The selected candidate will form part of a dynamic team and have the following responsibilities:

• Leading the Tax Compliance team and being responsible for a portfolio of clients as well as in providing technical guidance to the rest of the team
• Taking responsibility for the quality and assurance of the department, ensuring that it is functioning efficiently and effectively and that work is being distributed well
• Ensuring reporting to management is being done on a regular basis as well as attending meeting with clients
• Signing off on work being done for more complex clients by other team members whilst also being involved in the process and acting as a reference point for junior team members

• Holds a minimum of four to five years’ experience in a similar role. Candidates holding a certificate in taxation will be given preference
• Possess strong leadership and soft skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Fully qualified accountant
