Position: Tax Administrator  

Location: Naxxar

Type: Full-time  


1. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file accurate personal and company tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and deadlines.

2. Client Support: Provide professional assistance and guidance to clients regarding tax-related inquiries, documentation, and compliance requirements, delivering excellent client service at all times.

3. Payroll Support: Assist in processing payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees and compliance with payroll tax regulations.

4. Grant Applications: Assist clients in preparing and submitting grant applications, including gathering necessary documentation, completing forms, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and deadlines.

5. Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws, regulations, and grant opportunities, conducting research and analysis as needed to support client engagements and provide valuable insights.

6. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of tax filings, grant applications, and client communications, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.


- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Knowledge of personal and corporate tax laws and regulations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Prior experience in tax preparation, grant administration and payroll is required.
