Our client, is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join their growing team, support in the Auditing duties, whilst also leading a small team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting junior staff members
  • Handling and leading complex internal audit engagements
  • Leading detailed engagement-level risk assessments 
  • Analysing audit evidence, findings and determining causes and risks 
  • Identifying trends and systemic issues that arise across engagements 
  • Ensuring that all engagement deliveries are handled including timelines, quality of output, issues
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal audit methodologies and tools 
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit with day to day duties 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and industry locally
  • Experience with leading a team would be considered an asset

Education and Experience

  • Candidates who are fully qualified and warranted would be given priority
  • A minimum of a Degree in Accounting
