Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.

Responsibilities:

• Report to management regarding financial activity of the company. 
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws. 
• Works as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly. 
• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Report to management regarding financial activity of the company. 
• Preparing budgets when required. 
• Monitor expenditure, profits, trial balance, cash flow and provide reports. 
• Performing accounting reconciliation. 
• To follow-up on audits and audits queries. 
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks to provide recommendations. 
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments. 
• Preparing the KPI/management accounts 
• Manage a company's accounts payable and receivable. 
• Contacting clients about transactions and invoices. 
• Upload invoices on IT systems. 
• Displays excellent time management and problem solving. 
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources. 

Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or actively studying ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
