Senior Accounts Executive

Our client, in the construction industry, is looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Executive, who will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Accounts Payable processes such as payments and invoicing
• Assist in credit control and following up on all overdue payments
• Process supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Assist in the submission of VAT returns
• Provide financial reports and periodic analysis of accounts 
• Prepare and provide regular cash flow forecasts and reports to management
• Assisting with the auditing process
• Any additional ad-hoc duties that arise in the accounts department

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

• An A’ level qualification in Accounts, an AAT qualification
• Candidates in the process of obtaining their ACCA's will be considered
