Finance Officer

Our client is looking for a Finance Officer to join their growing team: 

Responsibilities:

• Implementing new financial processes, including setting up online payment systems
• Reviewing, updating, and managing company Finance Policies
• Verifying and maintaining accurate records of company assets, including inventory management
• Preparing manifest balance reports, including revenue reconciliation and allocation
• Coordinating with clients on account receivables and sending statements and reports
• Performing monthly and quarterly reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate physical and electronic financial records
• Invoicing 

• Relevant experience in finance is considered an asset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to speak in Maltese and English

• Advanced level (A' level) qualification in Accounts
• Preference will be given to candidates who have begun their ACCA qualification
