Senior Accountant

Our client, a financial services company that offers accounting and audit services, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Sales ledger, purchase ledger and nominal ledger data inputting
•  Maintaining accounting schedules
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Debtors and creditors reconciliations
• Issuing of invoices and credit control
• Preparing VAT returns and other statutory returns as necessary
• Monthly payroll
• Assistance in the compilation of budgets and forecasts
•  Preparing of periodical management accounts and financial reporting
• Liaising with external bodies and other regulatory authorities
• Liaising with external auditors and other advisors
•  Other ad hoc tasks and reporting depending on the qualifications and experience.
