Senior Accountant

Job Description
Our client who is one of the leading specialist building services companies on Malta who are growing massively and due to this require a thorough and dependable Senior Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for several day-to-day tasks such as accounts payable, reconciliations, general ledger entries, and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to:

• The reviewing of invoices.
• Managing finance team and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported Reconciliation of daily sales, petty cash, and intercompany transactions.
• Upkeep of accounts schedules.
• Preparation of reports.
• Preparation of audit reports.  
• Supporting junior staff.

 
Requirements: 

• Applicants will demonstrate a history of undertaking a similar role within a busy environment.
• You will have a relevant Accounting degree or ACCA.
