Senior Accountant

Our client, an international investor, developer and operator of upscale hotels and resorts is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to form part of their finance team within the Corporate Head Office.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with various tasks during the group consolidations
• Assisting in the compilation of of consolidated Financial Statements
• Assisting during the interim and annual external audits
• Reviewing month end processes and accounting results and compilation of the group reporting pack for certain entities
• Provide guidance to other members of the finance team on certain technical issues
• Provide overall support on an ad hoc basis particularly with regards to forecasts, due diligence exercises and any other reports that may be required from time to time
• Undertake one off assignments supporting subsidiary accounting departments as necessary
• Manage and oversee the reconciliation of intra group balances across the various subsidiaries by reviewing and following up on these reconciliations quarterly with the various subsidiaries' Finance teams
• Perform any other ad hoc duties
