Job Role:
We are looking for a Revenue Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

Your main tasks will be
Accounting for revenue generated from provided services:

  • Receipt and downloading of primary documents and their detailed data, including from online processing platforms, and organizing them into folders
  • Preparation of reconciliations with processing platforms, and templates for data uploading into ERP systems
  • Comparison of summarized statement data for a specific period (days, weeks, months) with transactional data
  • Creation and/or uploading of Sales document data into ERP systems, verifying the accuracy of transactions and their details
  • Reconciliation of accounts receivable and verification of the timeliness and completeness of payments, including calculation and/or verification of currency conversions for payments made in other currencies
  • Comparison of accounting data with website/application data, ensuring the completeness of revenue reflection for all companies
  • Reconciliation of data in reconciliations and ERP systems to prepare invoices under the agency scheme
  • Analysis of online platform data for new processing activities, organizing the reconciliation preparation process for them
  • Communication with external counterparts for reconciliation and problem resolution
  • Preparation and submission of data and documents as requested by auditors, outsourcers, and internal users
  • Participation in process optimization and ERP automation for revenue accounting
  • Execution of tasks assigned by the manager.

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Excel, and Google spreadsheets Expert
  • English oral and written B1-B2+
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Good logical thinking, attentiveness, accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding of the principle of double-entry accounting
  • Experience in accounting programs and knowledge of IFRS (preferably).
