Alecta Advisors in Malta is currently looking to recruit Positions in Business Advisory, Internal Audit, and Accountancy to join their team on a full/part-time basis.
Job Role:
Alecta Advisors is growing its team of professionals. We are recruiting Advisors in various positions and roles relating to Business Advisory, Internal Audit, and Accountancy.
The selected candidates will be involved in several client projects including business planning, business valuations, internal audits, feasibility studies, and financial due diligence.
Requirements
Junior positions:
- Reading an accounting or business-related degree. Candidates who are presently pursuing an ACCA qualification are eligible for the position
- Willing to learn and committed to delivering work on time.
Senior positions:
- Good command of MS Excel and financial modelling and be willing to adapt, develop professionally, and commit to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes
- Completing or in possession of an accounting or business-related degree.
Candidates must demonstrate that they are capable of working on their initiative. This position offers the candidate excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
Responsibilities will depend on the role assigned which may include:
- Building financial projections for financing or listing on the Malta Stock Exchange
- Detailed financial analysis
- Compilation of reports
- Computing values and reporting business values
- Conducting internal audit risk assessments
- Feasibility studies for new projects
- Compiling business plans
- Internal audit fieldwork
- Assisting clients in succession planning
- Reviewing client processes and procedures and making recommendations for improvement
- Managing engagements and liaising with clients.
