Junior Accountant

Our client is looking to recruit a Junior Accountant, reporting to the Senior Accountant, with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing of vendor invoices 
• Ensure all payments to vendors are done on time
• Vendor Balance Reconciliations
• Administrating Corporate Credit Card/Petty Cash Payments
• Posting Operational Bank account and all Operational Wallet transactions/Monthly reconciliation of Transitory accounts
• Accruals and Prepayments Postings
• Posting monthly Depreciation/Amortisation
• Assisting Auditors on all queries related to the items taken care of as above.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, experience in accounts payable processes will be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Methodical and organised with high attention to detail
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
