Financial Acconunt Executive

As a Financial Account Executive of FBM Group your main duty will be bookkeeping of the MT companies including related tasks as AP, banks reconciliation and similar tasks.

What you will do

• General accounting tasks, such as the monthly closings, preparation of management accounts, posting transactions in the accounting system, and working with Excel. 
• Preparation of monthly reports, such as budget, customer, and expenses.  
• To assist the finance team during the audit period for the preparation of audit deliverables.  
• Actively participate with the rest of the team reviewing accounting and administrative procedures.

What we expect from you

• Experience posting transactions with accounting software or ERP. Previous experience in Malta will be an advantage
• High-level skills in MS Excel. Experience with MS Dynamics / Power BI will be an advantage
• Written and spoken English language. Spanish or Portuguese languages would be a plus
• Accounting studies - University degree is not essential.
