Finance Senior Administrator

Job Description
Playmobil Malta is looking to recruit a Finance Senior Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.  Reporting to the Executive in the Finance Department.

Amongst others, the main tasks include:

• Processing of documents in the SAP accounting system
• Collaborating with business partners, internally and externally
• Dealing with banking and cash transactions
• Analyzing and monitoring financial information
• Assisting in report preparation/generation, as required, for internal and external use
• Assisting in budgetary control
• Carrying out ad-hoc tasks and duties, as required
• Handle financial information in a strictly confidential manner.

*Applicants are expected to hold MQF level 3 certificates in Accounts, Maths, and English Language or related subjects.

In addition, ideally, they should possess:

• An MQF 4 level of education, with an A level in Accounting
• Good analytical and arithmetical
• Good knowledge of Company software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of the English language in written as well as verbal form
• Possess good organizational skills, act diligently, and have an enthusiastic approach
• Be a team player and lead by example.
