Accounts Executive

Our client, a locally established importer, and distributer, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their finance growing team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Verifying and recording supplier invoices 
• Generating sales invoices for customers 
• Addressing billing inquiries from both suppliers and customers 
• Reconciling supplier statements to prepare for monthly payments 
• Managing petty cash, including entering journal entries into the accounting system 
• Coordinating with the audit team to streamline the audit process 
• Aiding in the processing of payments to creditors, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial transactions 
• Assisting with various daily accounting duties to enhance our company's overall financial performance

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent level of English language.
• Experience in the use of Xero will be considered an asset.
• Enthusiastic team player
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Efficient task manager, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• A minimum of A-Level qualifications in Accounting is required. A solid understanding of accounting principles is vital.
