Finance Officer

Our client within the aviation industry is looking to recruit a Finance Officer to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents, ensuring proper authorization and correct general ledger or cost center coding.
• Reconcile supplier and service provider accounts by matching statements with related transactions.
• Post purchase invoices, credit notes, and sales invoices.
• Maintain consistent communication with suppliers and service providers.
• Issue intercompany sales invoices.
• Process payments in an organized and timely manner, adhering to credit terms.
• Post petty cash and bank transactions.
• Allocate payments accurately.
• Assist in preparing management accounts and contribute to month-end reporting.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Previous working experience in a similar role will be considered an asset

• A Level Standard of education in Accounting or in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification
