Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Take full ownership of financial operations, including managing and reporting on P&L
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
  • Enhance and streamline financial controls and internal procedures
  • Provide senior leadership with actionable financial insights to support decision-making
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 5–8 members
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant standards

Requirements

  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and compliance-focused operations
  • Experience driving process improvements or leading finance transformation initiatives

Education and Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent)
