Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team in executing month-end closing processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet items and bank accounts
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, including VAT filings
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and year-end reports
• Contribute to the compilation of audit documentation and liaise with auditors
• Maintain proactive communication within the finance team and ensure the CFO is regularly updated on key issues or queries
• Uphold strong financial controls by implementing and monitoring sound accounting procedures and best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong and proven influencing, leadership, inter-personal and communication skills

Education and Experience

• Hold a degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification
